If a statement converts wrongly, tell us the bank, the country and roughly what went wrong. We don’t need the file, and we’d rather you didn’t send it. If you want to send an example, blank out names, account numbers and amounts first.
For refunds, email from the address on your account and see the refund policy.
Privacy and grievances
To see, correct or delete your data, email privacy@tableaf.com. We act within 30 days. The privacy policy explains your rights.
